All Prices listed are for the lower 48 states. 
Buying Outside the USA: Worldwide delivery is available. Additional shipping fees are required. We ship international orders via USPS Priority International in order to minimize the costs and additional fees for delivery. The site will estimate international shipping fees during checkout. Once we are able to look up actual shipping prices for all items ordered, we will refund you if you were overcharged, or contact you for additional payment if the site estimate was significantly less than the actual shipping cost.
In Stock Items: All items with the button should be in stock and ready to ship, though backorders are possible and the site doesn't always indicate exact stock status.  
Handling Time: Most domestic orders are processed within 3 business days but no guarantees are made. Any estimates of shipment or delivery time are estimates, not guarantees. Large items that are made to order such as FMIC kits typically ship every Friday.
Service: We reserve the right to refuse parts or service to anyone as we see fit. 
Shipping Method: All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless they are oversized items (FMIC kits, Exhaust kits, Header Kits) or there is a special circumstance where this form of delivery will not work for the customer. In this case, we should be contacted via email to arrange an alternate method of shipment. Our standard methods of shipment for oversized items depending on pricing are USPS parcel post and UPS ground.
Drop Shipments: Some items listed on our site are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, saving you money by eliminating us as the "middle man". This would include mufflers, cats, certain tailpipes, and intercoolers. This means that many orders arrive in multiple packages on different days.
Rush Orders: If the order needs to be expedited via USPS Express Mail or another overnight service, we must be contacted via email preferably no later than time of purchase. Items that are rushed will be charged additional shipping fees.
Special Order Items: If you would like to purchase any of the ~Special Order Items~ listed or have any questions please email me at Sales@Stinger-Performance.com to set up the order. Special Order Items typically have a 1-4 week wait for fabrication, test fitting, etc., depending on item and time of order.
Returns: Special Order Items are not returnable. All other items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued for original purchase price minus original shipping costs minus 15% restocking fee. Remaining funds will be refunded after item is received and inspected for damage and signs of installation. Refunds must be approved via email before return shipment. Any items that have been installed are not eligible for return. Orders more than 60 days old are not eligible for return unless we authorize it due to extenuating circumstances. Returns more than 45 days old are also charged original PayPal fees.
